National Service ...

NS ... is well ... NS lor ... alot things cannot say ... so i will not say much ... 2 weeks confinement is really like 2mths ... the first few days hor ... i really not used to it sia ... haven sink into the fact that i have to serve NS for 2 years ... really weird ... i can't talk about any training plans cause not allowed but i supposed talking about the food there is allowed rite ... all vege = horrible ... thats all i will say ... can't say alot things lah ... so limit bah ... tiring bah ... but good chance to build my body up ... make lots of shapes lol ... and since i have sink into the existence of NS ... i will really try my best in every training ... i want go sispec cause can go taiwan !!! ... it will be a good motivation sia ... anyway nth to say le ... alot things cannot say and i will not say ... oh yeah ... every morning ... the SAF 7 core values are .................................. half full water bottle drink up !!! ...
